Lara started where most skilled masonry crews stay: as the hands other contractors hired. We laid the brick. Someone else marked it up, took the deposit, and answered the phone when something went wrong.
We kept thinking the same thing on every job — we could do this better, and we'd do it straighter. So we did. Today we're a 20-person crew with three licenses, running our own jobs directly for the people who own the building.
